Free Tarot Classes Courtesy of the Port Angeles Public Library

Joanne the Psychic will be teaching “Introduction to Tarot” in person at the Port Angeles Main Library on Saturday, February 25, from 3-5 p.m. The class is free and no registration is necessary – just show up! The class will be repeated via Zoom on Thursday evening, March 2, 5-7 p.m. Please register at www.nols.org/tarot for the Zoom link. You do not need to live in Port Angeles to participate; everyone is welcome!

For this class, Joanne will present an overview of what Tarot is, how it has evolved and how it can be used for inspiration and guidance. With several of the beautiful decks she has collected over the years, she will teach easy ways to remember and interpret the cards. She will show several lay-outs and ways to perform readings. Those participating will each receive a brief reading and will have the opportunity to practice. Hand-outs will be provided. Attendees will have a chance to receive a free deck, courtesy of the library. Although the class will focus on the basics, Tarot practitioners with more experience are also very welcome. What the Tarot has to teach us is endless!
