Joanne the Psychic will be reading Palms and Tarot at Phoenix Rising metaphysical bookstore on Water Street in Port Townsend on the following weekends – Saturday/Sunday 12-5 p.m. The cost is $40.00 for a half hour, with hour time slots available.
